The 4,500 seat venue, built as part of FDR's New Deal, will continue to be booked by AEG Presents through 2032.
"This tour is probably the best example of what comes out of hard work and a love of performing," says AEG Presents vp of global touring and talent Debra Rathwell.
The two companies, which have collaborated on K-pop tours for the past 13 years, will team up in all areas of the live K-pop business.
Wareing joins the company as senior vp of global touring while Harding boards as a promoter.
Located in Chelsea, the intimate club takes over the old Highline Ballroom space.
