The space will feature flexible seating for anywhere from 2,000 to 4,250 attendees and a movable stage.
The Free Lunch founder and CEO will secure and market hip-hop, R&B and gospel tours for the company’s global touring division.
Fedrizzi previously served as co-president and COO of AEG Presents’ Rocky Mountains and Pacific Northwest regions.
The longtime talent buyer will be based in London.
The company will also be booking and operating the new music venue at the development.
The executive has taken over the role from Gary Gersh, who announced his departure last month.
Rick Mueller, the company's president of North America, says helping artists evolve to play larger venues and offering premium experiences are priorities.
"I'm excited about the prospects ahead," says the executive, who will be succeeded by Rich Schaefer.
Amendments to the deal made three years ago extended the agreement through 2027 – presenting a puzzle for both parties.
In May, the performance rights organization won a 138% increase for songs performed at live events.
