Watch St. Vincent debut new songs and air old favourites on first night of ‘All Born Screaming’ tour

St. Vincent has kicked off her ‘All Born Screaming’ tour, during which she premiered a handful of new tunes – watch footage of the show below.

St. Vincent performed at The Paramount in Los Angeles, California on May 4 to begin her North American trek in support of her latest album, ‘All Born Screaming’. The 17-song performance began with the live debut of ‘Reckless’ off her recently released seventh album.

Throughout her set, she also debuted ‘Big Time Nothing’, ‘Candy Darling’ and ‘All Born Screaming’. Elsewhere she performed ‘Dilettante’ live for the first time since 2017 and ‘Krokodil’ for the first time since 2015.

St. Vincent also pulled out the hits, performing fan favourites like ‘Los Angeles’, ‘Digital Witness’, ‘New York’ and ‘Fast Slow Disco’.

St. Vincent’s ‘All Born Screaming’ scored a four-star review from NME‘s Jordan Bassett, who wrote: “St. Vincent and fellow pop outsider Cate Le Bon dance through the album’s central conceit that we go out as we come in – kicking and screaming – so you might as well embrace the chaos. In ditching the artifice, Annie Clark has made her most generous and open statement yet.”

St. Vincent is set to tour Europe and the UK later this month into early June with Heartworms. Get your tickets here.
