Warner Music Group Opens New Headquarters in Rio de Janeiro

Warner Music Group has launched the Warner Music Space, a new hub headquartered in Rio de Janeiro that will house Warner Music Brazil, Warner Chappell Music Brazil and ADA Brazil operations.

The newly-inaugurated collaborative space, located in Barra da Tijuca in Rio de Janeiro, covers 2,000 square meters and accommodates up to 300 people. Warner Music Space includes creative zones, four recording studios, an acoustic performance stage, lounges, diverse workstations, a studio dedicated to short content production and an event arena.

“We are thrilled about the unveiling of our new home,” Leila Oliveira, president of Warner Music Brazil, said in a statement. “Our aim is to provide partners and collaborators with an inviting and liberating space for creation. Featuring a spectrum of resources, from recording studios to collaborative lounges, we envision our new office as a vital hub for artists across Brazil — a space where novel ideas and expressions come to life.”

According to a press release, the objective of Warner Music Space is to provide its artists with a “conducive environment” for interaction and creation underscoring the company’s effort to amplify artistic expression and contribute Brazil’s culture and music scene.

“Warner Music Space is not merely a physical location; it symbolizes Warner Chappell’s dedication to nurturing artistic expression and fostering innovative collaborations. We are eager to share this distinctive environment with our songwriters and the artistic community — a convergence point for creative minds to explore new frontiers in music and content creation,” added Marcel Klemm, president of Warner Chappell Music Brazil.
