The BPM Festival Releases 2024 Phase 1 Lineup: See Who’s Playing

The post-new-year dance festival season is heating up with the lineup release for The BPM Festival 2024.

Specializing in house and techno, the next iteration of the festival will feature more than 60 DJs and producers, including deep house duo Bedouin, Detroit-born DJ Holographic, French phenom HUGEL, melodic techno producer Eagles & Butterflies, duo Eli & Fur and a first time BPM appearance by Gordo.

The festival will happen Jan. 24-28 in Tamarindo, Costa Rica. The site features three stages set in the jungle, along with a beach venue that will be new in 2024. The festival has partnered with several Tamarindo hotels to offer attendees travel packages. Tickets are on sale now.

The BPM Festival moved to Costa Rica in 2020 after two years in Portugal and nearly a decade in Mexico. Costa Rica has recently become a destination on the global dance circuit, with three electronic music festivals — BPM, Envision and Ocaso — taking place in the country during the first quarter of the year.

The seventh edition of Ocaso is happening at the turn of the new year, Jan. 4-8, in Playa Lagarto, located in the country’s Pacific-facing Guanacaste region. The festival recently announced a phase one lineup featuring John Summit, Seth Troxler and many more. The Ocaso site is located approximately an hour’s drive south of BPM’s Tamarindo base.

The annual Envision festival will happen March 4-11. The 2023 festival took place in Uvita, Costa Rica, with details about the 2024 location still forthcoming.
