Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco Make Snuggly Public Debut as Couple at Lakers Game

Just weeks after Selena Gomez confirmed that she’s been dating producer Benny Blanco for around six months, the celeb couple made their official public debut on Wednesday night (Jan. 3) at a Los Angeles Lakers game. The happy couple were spotted smiling and holding hands in their A-list courtside seats wearing adorably mismatched outfits, with the 31-year-old pop singer sporting silver boots, black pants and matching top under a black and white color-blocked trench coat and Blanco rocking white Crocs, cropped white pants and a pink-and-orange floral jacket.

Cameras caught the pair snuggling up during the contest between the Lakers and Miami heat at L.A.’s Crypto.com Arena, with InStyle reporting that they piled on the PDA during the game, with Gomez laying her head on his shoulder as the couple held hands and intertwined their fingers, with Blanco, 35, planting a kiss on the back of Gomez’s hand at one point.

The outing came on the same day that Blanco posted an Instagram Story featuring a series of pictures of Gomez smiling with her hands in front of her face as they seemed to be out on a lunch date; Gomez reposted the pics and added a cute meme wishing for “one more kiss” from her partner.

Only Murders in the Building star Gomez first confirmed she and Blanco — who has worked with Sel’s ex, Justin Bieber, Ed Sheeran and SZA, among others — were an item on Dec. 7, half a year after the pair are believed to have started dating, telling fans in on Instagram that the producer is “my absolute everything in my heart” and that she’s at her “happiest” in the relationship. She made the match Instagram official a short time later, posting pics of Blanco hugging her and another in which she leans back to kiss him.
