Post Malone Headlining 2025 Cattle Baron’s Ball
Post Malone has been tapped to headline the 2025 Cattle Baron’s Ball, the world’s largest single-night fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. According to a release, the reveal of Posty’s performance at the 52nd annual event was made on Wednesday night (May 14) during the Trailblazers and Headliner Reveal Party. This year’s Ball will take place on Oct. 25 at SouthFork Ranch.
According to the organization, since 1974 the Cattle Baron’s Ball has raised more than $105 million for cancer research, most of which takes place in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Malone is somewhat of a favorite son in the DFW area, where he moved with his family as a child to nearby Grapevine.
This year’s event will also feature a set on the VIP stage by Chandler Walters, best known for writing the hit Malone/Morgan Wallen song “I Had Some Help.” Malone is in the midst of his Big Ass Stadium Tour — with Walters as one of the opening acts — and he played a sold-out show in Arlington, TX last week just outside of Dallas and just 20 minutes from his hometown.
During the show, he welcomed his dad — who worked at the Dallas Cowboys’ current and former stadium for 14 years — onto the stage, where Posty’s pops told the hyped-up crowd, “Let’s go Cowboys!” The world stadium tour, featuring support from Jelly Roll, Sierra Ferrell and Wyatt Flores, will hit Gulf Shores Beach in Gulf Shores, AL on Friday night (May 16) before moving on to Detroit, Minneapolis, Chicago, Philadelphia, Toronto and Hershey and Pittsburgh, PA, winding down its May shows in Foxborough, MA at Gillette Stadium on May 31.
The outing will stay on the road in the U.S. through a July 1 show in San Francisco before hopping over to Europe in August and September.
