Oasis launch exclusive merch with Amazon – kicking off with Knebworth shirts

Ahead of their upcoming reunion tour, Oasis have partnered with Amazon to launch a new merch store that looks back at iconic moments throughout their career.

The iconic Britpop band are set to play their first gigs together in 16 years this summer, kicking off with a run of UK and Ireland dates with Richard Ashcroft and Cast, including seven dates at London’s Wembley Stadium.

Back in March, sources close to the shows revealed details of who’ll be playing in the band line-up to NME, with Beady Eye alumnus and longtime collaborator Gem Archer, Paul ‘Bonehead’ Arthurs and drummer Joe Waronker – believed to be one of the “new faces” that Liam teased – on board.

Bassist Andy Bell also confirmed he would be returning to the fold earlier this year, and last month was pictured entering a London studio alongside Noel, Bonehead and Archer, who all reportedly rehearsed for six hours – notably without Liam. They were, however, joined by keyboardist Mikey Rowe, who played with the band in the ’90s – including on their iconic ‘Be Here Now’ tour – as well as with Noel’s High Flying Birds.

With preparations for the landmark return underway, fans can now shop an exclusive range of Oasis merchandise on Amazon that pay homage to major moments from the band’s
30-year history.

T-shirts, long sleeve t-shirts and jumpers emblazoned with a ‘Knebworth 1996’ design are available here now, and over the next six months, Amazon will be releasing new merch to celebrate the forthcoming ‘Live ‘25’ tour.

Graphics commemorating previous iconic treks – including 2006’s ‘North American Tour’ and the Wembley dates from 1997’s ‘All Around The World’ tour – will be available soon, as well as classic album artwork merchandise inspired by ‘Be Here Now’ and ‘Heathen Chemistry’.

In other news, Liam recently cast doubt over claims from the band’s manager that Oasis have no intentions of sharing any new material.

Manager Alec McKinlay made headlines when he dismissed any hopes of new material from the Britpop icons and said they had no intention of announcing any more tour dates either. “This is very much the last time around, as Noel’s made clear in the press,” he said. “It’s a chance for fans who haven’t seen the band to see them, or at least for some of them to. And no, there’s no plan for any new music.”

Responding to one fan on X/Twitter who said it didn’t feel “very biblical” for McKinlay to dismiss all future plans, the singer responded: “Neither do I and the only people that will be making any kind of decisions on the future of OASIS will be ME n RKID so let’s just take it one day at a time.”

Later, the frontman doubled down on his stance, telling another fan who thought “there must be a degree of truth” to the manager’s comments that McKinley is “the accountant” for the band.

Then, when pressed further by another fan to directly say if the manager was lying, Gallagher caused further confusion when he made the tongue-in-cheek response: “Am I?”

Meanwhile, late last month Zak Starkey has said he was “gutted” not to be invited to be a part of the upcoming reunion.

The percussionist – the son of Ringo Starr and until recent weeks the longtime drummer for The Who – was also a touring member of Oasis from Alan White’s departure in 2004 up until his own exit in 2008. During that time, he played on ‘Don’t Believe The Truth’ (2005) and ‘Dig Out Your Soul’ (2008).
