Kane Brown & Wife Katelyn Brown Reveal They’re Expecting a Baby Boy
Kane Brown and his wife Katelyn are expecting a baby boy. The couple shared their gender reveal with fans on Tuesday after previously revealing on Christmas Day that they’re expecting their third child. The Browns wed in 2018 and are parents to two daughters: Kingsley Rose (born in 2019) and Kodi Jane (born in 2021).
The video begins with Brown predicting that they will be having a girl, while Katelyn tells their daughter Kingsley Rose, “We have a surprise. We know if the baby in mommy’s tummy is a boy or girl. Do you want to find out?” She added, “See that cake right there? So it’s either pink or blue in the middle. Do you want to cut into it with us?”
The camera focuses on a bee-themed gender-reveal cake topped with the words “What will baby bee?” With their two daughters, Kingsley Rose and Kodi Jane, the couple digs two glasses into the cake’s white icing, revealing the blue-tinted cake beneath.
Katelyn grows emotional and begins screaming with joy at the notion of welcoming their first son into the family, while Kane’s face lights up with a huge smile as he lifts his arms into the air. The video ends with the words “Baby boy Brown, coming 2024.”
In 2023, Brown celebrated his most recent Country Airplay No. 1 with “Bury Me in Georgia,” and followed it with the current release “I Can Feel It.” Over the holidays, Brown also appeared on CBS’ television special New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash. This spring, Brown will return to the road on his 2024 In the Air Tour, which will feature support from Tyler Hubbard, Jon Pardi, Chris Young, Bailey Zimmerman, Cole Swindell, Parmalee, LOCASH and RaeLynn on various dates.
