Lively argues Baldoni is merely trying to generate "sensational headlines" by continuing to involve the pop star in litigation over the movie It Ends With Us.
The actress is looking to find out what Braun and his company, HYBE America, know about a smear campaign allegedly orchestrated by Baldoni.
The mogul purchased the pop star's six-album catalog for upwards of $300 million in 2019.
The deal marks a full-circle moment for HYBE America CEO Scooter Braun, who began his career under Dupri’s mentorship.
The project will put the group's chosen members through HYBE's famed training model before introducing them via a scripted series.
Braun will remain CEO of HYBE America. The management company he founded, SB Projects, will continue under Allison Kaye and Jennifer McDaniels.
"You can do two things," the mogul says. "You can say, free the hostages, and also want the Palestinian people who are innocent to be protected from Hamas and this war."
"Say something, ask for the hostages to come home," Braun said in a video posted to Instagram
The pop star is now repped by Brandon Creed's Good World Management, sources tell Billboard.
After parting ways with Braun for management, sources confirm the star plans to leave the company entirely.
