Lake's "Gratitude" has spent 11 weeks atop Billboard's Hot Christian Songs chart.
"Cypher 1: Ella", a collaboration between Mabiland, Emjay, Mare Advertencia, and Delfina Dib, is the label's first release.
The agreement expands the artist's relationship with the label after previously singing with Sony Music Entertainment Chile.

Natalie Osborne and Daniel Lee also join the new venture.
The Grammy-nominated artist has re-signed with the label after releasing an EP on Lava Records last year.
Though it's been a successful decade plus, the Brazilian star recently made headlines when she aired grievances with the label.
The departures come as Cindy Mabe officially began her role as UMG Nashville chairman/CEO on April 1.
Major releases by Morgan Wallen, SZA, Miley Cyrus and more helped shape the first three months of the market share rankings this year.
