Natalie Osborne and Daniel Lee also join the new venture.
The Grammy-nominated artist has re-signed with the label after releasing an EP on Lava Records last year.
Though it's been a successful decade plus, the Brazilian star recently made headlines when she aired grievances with the label.
The departures come as Cindy Mabe officially began her role as UMG Nashville chairman/CEO on April 1.
Major releases by Morgan Wallen, SZA, Miley Cyrus and more helped shape the first three months of the market share rankings this year.
