The estate has named Frank Cascio, a manager who defended the King of Pop against pedophilia claims in his 2011 memoir, as the man behind a supposed “shakedown” plot.
The ruling significantly narrows the claims of April Lampros, who was the seventh alleged victim to sue the rapper last year.
"They’re using words to say something must end. You can't really kill nobody with a guitar," the rap legend said.
"We’re constantly considering what we can do to contribute in all situations like this," the singer wrote.
The "Antichrist Superstar" performer was not on hand for Saturday's all-star tribute.
The singer has been raging against the president's "MAGA agenda" during shows for most of the year.
Combs, who remains in jail on prostitution-related charges, won acquittals on potential life-in-prison sex trafficking and racketeering charges.
The jury may have been swayed by prosecution errors, like overcharging and missing witnesses, as well as the defense’s shrewd decision to admit domestic abuse from day one.
The Oasis rock star has since deleted the post in which he used the offensive term.
"The cultural weight of this decision is immeasurable," the singer wrote.
