The company, home to artists like Rema and Ayra Starr, is at the forefront of Africa's Afrobeats movement, which has been exploding across the globe.
Led by Don Jazzy, the rising label is looking to build on the global success it's had with Rema and Ayra Starr.
"We used to dream of this, but now it's time to put in work to properly represent the culture and connect with more listeners in the U.S.," says Mavin Records COO Tega Oghenejobo.
