The fund will support L.A. organizations, first responders, and those in the music industry.
"My soul aches for those who are experiencing this devastation firsthand," the singer wrote.
"As a mom, I can’t imagine the pain and fear of not having a safe place for your babies," Hilton wrote on social media.
