The Houston Hottie will now helm the Aug. 1 headlining slot in the Windy City.
This year's event will take place in September on Central Park's Great Lawn, with more acts to be announced at a later date.
The event was slated to feature headliners Garth Brooks, Carrie Underwood and Alabama.
The festival happens at Miami's Mana Wynwood in October.
Top actors like Kim Soo Hyun and Rowoon were also revealed as tickets went on sale today.
The event will take place at Las Vegas' T-Mobile Arena on September 20 and 21.
"Festivals are driven by the talent," Eaton says. "You can have as much vibe out there as possible, but it’s really about who you book that drives sales."

The festival issued a statement, promising to give Sunday ticket holders a refund in full, while issuing a 50% refund to all weekend ticket holders.
