Celebrating its fifth anniversary, the Heather Lowery-founded firm also marks its transition into a 100% woman-owned, Black-owned company.
Launched by Femme It Forward president Heather Lowery, the multi-pronged initiative also includes artist mentors Rapsody, Trina and Amber Riley.
Rising African stars Ayra Starr, Elaine and Tyla will also be performing at the festival in Brooklyn, New York.
The new awards night is set for next Friday, Nov. 11 at The Beverly Hilton Los Angeles.
