Carvello, a former Atlantic A&R exec turned activist, alleges she was sexually harassed and/or abused by Ertegun, then co-CEO/co-chairman Doug Morris and then-vp Jason Flom.
The lawsuit from a former staffer says the label's culture at the time allowed Ertegun to "abuse women with impunity."
The song celebrates the opening of Dubai's newest resort, Atlantis The Royal.
The proto-punk icon will release the first single from the LP on Oct. 28.
