Cian Ducrot will receive the ASCAP Vanguard Award at the June 18 event.
Both artists won NAACP Image Awards in March and are top nominees at the upcoming BET Awards.
Other top winners included Siddhartha Khosla, David Fleming and Gordy Haab.
“Calm Down,” performed by Rema and featuring Selena Gomez, wins ASCAP Pop Song of the Year.
The performance rights organization reported a 14.7% increase in songwriter and publisher payouts to $1.592 billion in 2023.
Winners will be revealed at 2024 ASCAP Screen Music Award Winners Celebration on May 9.
The question isn’t so much about whether this will be good for creators — but, rather, which ones.
ASCAP also said a federal right to publicity was "necessary" in comments filed to the U.S. Copyright Office.

Jordan Davis, the Morgan Wallen smash “You Proof” & Sony Music Publishing also earn top honors.
