The company formerly known as Hipgnosis Songs Management is raising capital through its fourth ABS deal.
Proceeds from the fund will be used to repay $1.65 billion Concord owes from its 2022 ABS.
Acquired from Hipgnosis Songs Fund in July, the 45,000-song catalog includes songs by the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Neil Young and Shakira.
The ABS is backed by a $5.1-billion catalog featuring songs by Genesis, Phil Collins, R.E.M., Carrie Underwood and Creed.
