“We are incredibly honored to be an official partner of the Golden Globes and invite the biggest names in Hollywood to continue their celebration even after the curtains close,” says Dana Droppo, chief brand officer, Billboard. “This has been a monumental year and we want our guests to let loose, enjoy the moment and dance the night away.”

The 81st Annual Golden Globe Awards will air live on CBS and stream on Paramount+ on Sunday, Jan. 7, 2024, at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT. The ceremony will also be available live and on-demand for Paramount+ with Showtime subscribers, while Paramount+ Essential subscribers will be able to stream the show on-demand the day after it airs.

January’s Jo Koy-hosted ceremony marks the first Golden Globes since the Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) disbanded in 2023. On June 12, 2023, via a press release, the HFPA announced that dick clark production and Eldridge Industries had acquired all its rights and properties related to the Golden Globes. This will also be the first Golden Globes ceremony to air live on CBS in the United States since 1982.

Nominees for the 81st Annual Golden Globes were announced on Dec. 11. Greta Gerwig’s billion-dollar-grossing Barbie and HBO’s acclaimed Succession pulled nine nods each, making them the most-nominated film and television series of the year, respectively. Notable music nominees include Taylor Swift, Olivia Rodrigo, Fantasia Barrino, Dua Lipa, Bruce Springsteen, Billie Eilish, Lenny Kravitz and Mark Ronson.

Guests at the Billboard-hosted Golden Globes afterparty can expect a star-studded guest list with the night’s biggest names, specialty Rémy Martin cocktails — including The Rémy Sidecar, featuring 1738 Accord Royal, and The Rémy Gold Fashioned, featuring XO — and an exclusive DJ set by DJ Soxxi. Past attendees have included 2024 Golden Globe nominee Jeremy Allen White (The Bear), Salma Hayek, Jeremy Allen White, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Emma Roberts, Seth Rogen, Lil Nas X, Jennifer Coolidge and more.
